Kenton & Hartly Police Accountability Committee (PAC)
The Police Chiefs of Kenton and Hartly have partnered to form a PAC that aims to support and uphold the intent of the legislation signed by the Delaware State Legislature under HB 206. The first meeting was held on February 26, 2026, at the Kenton Town Hall:
PURPOSE: The Police Accountability Committee is established by Delaware House Bill 206 and Title 11, Chapter 84. The Bill requires all Delaware police departments to establish police accountability committees or boards (PACs).

Police Accountability Committees (PACs) will guide departments on policies, training, and other factors that impact both the department and the communities they serve. The Police Officer Standards and Training Commission (POST) hopes that PACs will promote greater transparency, information sharing, education, and community engagement.
