Delaware State of Emergency Declared

Governor John Carney issued the first State of Emergency declaration to prepare for the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) on Friday, March 13, 2020.  To review the State of Delaware’s most recent updates and revisions to the State of Emergency declaration go to:
