Effective May 10, 2018, Fee Increase for Violation of the Property Maintenance Ordinance

Effective May 10, 2018, Hartly Town Council has amended ordinance #14-04-2016-002, An Ordinance Regulating Property Maintenance in the Town of Hartly Regarding Grass, Weeds, Trees, and Plant Growth.  Table 6.1a of the ordinance, regarding fees for failure to comply, has been updated to more accurately reflect actual costs incurred; a 1^st, 2^nd, & 3^rd violation fee; and an administrative fee per violation when property is not in compliance with the ordinance.
