DelDOT is kicking off a study to reconstruct the existing sidewalks throughout the Town of Hartly. They will be available from 6 – 8 PM. Come out to view project materials and provide input. The Town Meeting will begin immediately after Town Residents have had the opportunity to review and discuss the sidewalk reconstruction.
